Personalized Products

All personalized items are made to order according to the information provided by the customer.

Please carefully review all names, dates, initials, and custom details before completing your purchase. Persona Atelier is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Production times may vary during holidays and peak periods.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.

All prices are listed in EUR (€). Prices may change without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Persona Atelier shall not be liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
